is there any way to turn a 'BITMAP' image into a 'JPEG' image...i am computer illiterate

Yes, Photoshop or paint shop pro......actually any decent photo/image application should do this. Just open it, then in your file menu do a "save as" and pick jpeg from the options. If you have trouble email it 2 me, and i will sort it. sean@eyec3d.co.uk.

MS Paint will also do this, open as bmp and save as jpeg.
