As i need to get quotes on the repair of my scoob, im in a pickle as where to take it, a big franchise like warner or blade repair etc or a small outfit that fix alot of cars, do you get better repairs from small garages or the nice plush ones treat it better when doing body repairs etc ???

Small outfit. Better customer service and are not going to want to lose any good reputation they've obtained.

Also if you're paying for it they're often open to reductions for cash deals (no receipts though )
