Are MY03 JDM STI Brake Pads different to MY03 UK STI pads?

Are MY03 JDM STI Brake Pads different to MY03 UK STI pads?
Car = my03 jdm sti
Just nipped to the local brake place as I need new pads all round iv decided, as im going to europe for a drive round again in about 6 weeks, the chap there told me he had spoken to his suppliers and they are different, and cannot get hold of them.
I always thought the brake pads were the same for 03 JDM Sti's and Uk? Am I wrong? Whos wrong.
And, will - OMP Front
OMP Rear
they fit?
They only need to last me around 6 weeks and a europe trip, if they fit, im happy enough at buying those.

I don't think they're any different.
However, when I bought a set for my '05 JDM STI from my local dealer, they claimed to have checked the chassis number with Subaru to ensure they supplied the correct ones - and they sold me WRX pads instead, which (of course) were completely useless to me. So, maybe there's a database error somewhere?

im not sure if thats a picture of sti pads as sti pads dont have sensors on.
imho cheep pads on my fast car
