I'm in the market for an Impreza and can't make my mind up which one to get. I've had Jap turbo cars before so know the ins and outs of maintainence etc and also have friends that have Subarus.

Do I get a low mileage mint classic MY00, middle of the road bugeye or whatever i can get for the money MY03?

To be realistic... i'm looking at spending between 6 to 10 grand.

What do you reckon?
