Default Christmas ghost in engine ?

Strange thing happened this evening.
Took the car for a drive, normal speeds, to made some final shopping.
After a few miles I parked the car and the left front wheelarch was covered in coolant ?
Also the small pipe before the battery, and the surroundings were covered in antifreeze..
For the rest was my car running fine, no temp. peaks on the PSI monitor, no fault codes...

I topped the reservoir with about half a litre and that was it ?

Is it possible that there was still and airlock after I changed the radiator about 4 months ago ?

Also no bubbles or other signs from a blown gasket, dipstick was clear...

That is just the over-flow. It will release any coolant that is over the required level.
Don't worry about it!
