From: Torbay, 2004 STI oweing me far to much money!!!
My car and myself are featured in Jan 2007 issue, with my mates Chargespeed Supra. Not much of a write up about my Scooby, but it is in there.
My mates Supra was also feature car of Banazi mag, last month with a bit of a write up about myself too.
I have done most of the work on both cars, except mapping on mine (thanks Paul at Zen) and paint on Supra.
Let us know what you think.
Jase.

funnily enough just been reading that feature jase! shame there wasn't a bit more about your car, but the supra does look great
max power isn't that bad nowadays anyway, thankfully veered away from **** and bull**** on every page and has some good cars and sensible write ups. good article on the duke racing skyline this month and looks like it's really trying to appeal to more than 15 year olds now

I read a lot of magazines i must have money to waste but most months i buy, evo, fast ford, top gear, max power, gun mart and for the last 2 - 3 months ive noticed max power has started changing and seems to be aiming towards a older audience.
I love all these people who slate max power is it just the evo mag readers who wish they could modify there cars but can't because the wife or the neigbours would complain, im sorry but some people like diffrent modifications and if you call them chavs or say you belong to the max power bunch then your nothing but a stuck up snob, who only buys the newest car he can afford to keep up with the jones, not every one can afford a 20 k evo or imprezza, so they modify what they have on there own budget it does not make them any lower than you people, who are probably so finaced up one way or another you dont know which way to turn.

Max power is a pile of **** for the teenage generation to read at registration time. FACT. It may feature some highly tuned cars but is responsible for pushing certain trends that not only end up on Novas, Corsas and Saxos but on Evos and Imprezas too.
Flamer kits and Carbon bonnets for example. Products of the fast and furious period.
Owning and older car and not a new one is something totally different and irrelevant. When its litered with junk to make it "look better" is when the debate starts.

I couldn't care less to be honest. Even if this whole site starts to cry out that it has been an excellent read lately i still won't buy it. It will always be a magazine manily purchased by school kids who can't get a **** magazine and are dreaming of the driving lessons.
Max power, **** and always will be ****. The damage has been done, too many adds, too many tarted up slappers that are average underneath and filled full of Reviews on garbage products that after a year or so leave the owner thinking "was i on LSD or what?"
