Hi my diff has had a leak, and so has become noisy (because of previous owners bad maintainence) , anyway it is booked in to my local scooby garage after xmas, until then i would like to change the oil, as it needs topping up and i dont like mixing oils, my question is how much does it take and wots the best oil for the job, thanks for any replies

The rear diff takes 1 litre of oil, and if 75w90 is the type of oil required.
