Question STi Mudflaps

I'm thinking of getting some mudflaps for the scoob

I like the STi ones the best but my car is just a WRX. Would this be a total no-no amongst the cognoscenti or does nobody give a gnat's chuff?

Personally don`t give a chuff. Many people stick STi spoilers on WRXs so why should this be any different. Its your car, do what you like.

That's pretty much what I thought but I'm a desperate to fit in and be loved

I didn't want to be driving down the road and have pedestrian Scooby drivers curled up on the side of the road in howls of laughter and derision

Yeah, I like the Prodrive ones. I was looking at getting some Performance Creations ones though. They seem to be quite a lot cheaper and the reviews I've read on this site have been favourable

Just ask them for what ever style/text you want.
Fitting is very simple, with only one hole that needs to be drilled.
Spose in all they took 2 hours to fit.

Or get Mudban ones to your spec (colour and graphics) and fit them with the wheels still on in about 20 minutes (no need to drill either). I went for some black ones without any graphics on.
I wouldn't personally stick things that say 'STI' on my WRX.

Can't quite see how you fit them without drill a hole?
How do you attach the inner edge of the flap?

There's already two holes there mate. They just use them. The bracket's strong enough (apparently) for it not to need fixing again. Worked ok for me so far! I'll add pics if necessary.
