what do you think of these brakes
iv got my hands on a brand new set of front brembo brakes that are off the new range rover sport very nice brakes matt black they are 4 pots but the pots are alot bigget then the pots on the gold bremboes and the calliper is bigget to the space between the 2 mounting brackets are 14cm is this will these bolt on to a subaru or is there alot of work involved??

**** me mate !!! I think their is a good reason why they are on the range rov er...bloody big car and bloody big wheels.
While I applaud your idea, I think that the weight, hassle and high liklehood of it not clearing any wheels you buy, will make it a no no.
They look lovely though

Last time I looked at a set of these calipers they were feckin' heavy!
They'd knacker up the unsprung weight of your front suspension, as well as generally being a "bad idea" for the reasons mentioned above.
Stick em on Fleabay and put the cash towards a decent set of brakes made for the Scoob would be my advice.

Unspung weight would be fecked up by the aftermaket wheels anyway
If you can get some good billet steel and are a dab handy on the turning mill you could knock upsome decent brackets - certainly as good as anything you would buy off the shelf for conversion kits.
If they were free, I'd try it. But otherwise I wouldn't brake my back over trying to get the things to fit - the're just too damn big!
