Spec-C is an import option from Japan only
You can Type20 any Scoob as far as I'm aware as Type20/25 is the tag for the type of performance package you're adding to your car.
Basic Spec-C is about 315/310 form Litchfields
Type20 on top is about 350/350 with the Exhaust, map sensor, panel filter and remap. But they Type20 is also the full 12 point AST height adjustable coilovers, Whiteline anti-dive, extra strut underneath (I think) and retracked to make it neutral
Plus some Type20 stickers and sexy car mats:

Type 25 is the same, but includes the Cosworth engine + all the gubbins that go with it.
To see the difference between a JDM STi and a JDM Spec-C (much better value for money) see here :
Litchfield Imports
To see what the Type20 chassis is like go here (click chassis):
Type25
Here's the Type25 on 5th Gear.
Chassis setup is the same, only the engine is different (the porsche brakes are a cost option):

Careful people ... there are a few variants of the same 'brand'. Type 20 and 25 covers MY05 and 06 vehicles, those with or without the cosworth engine as well as those that have the older 2.75" Milltek exhaust and the newer 3".
The 3" didn't really come in as standard until July 05 and makes c.15bhp difference on a MY05 Type 20 for example ... the 2.75" maxes out at about 330-335 compared to 350ish with the 3".
