Naughty. Who was it ? (in the North west)
This was mentioned in the paper today. Apparently the police are trying to track this driver down. But very bloody stupid to post a video of himself doing this in any case. Looks like a blue STI?

my old wrx had the same speedo face, so its defo pre 97. if anything its a wrx, as sti's rev to nearly 8000rpm, due to stronger internals do they not? unless it was a really early sti, altered straight from the factory which would then explain it.
either way a silly thing to do in what looks like a 30-40 zone
