More $hagging room in the Corsa. But the leather seats of the Calibra made up for that

I too hate the C3... had a head on smash with one when the driver failed to give way at a junction... wrote my old scoob off

From what I've seen on the roads around Dorset, it seems to be a favourite with those in God's waiting room... guaranteed panama hat and blanket on the parcel shelf brigade...

thats what arrived as a curtosy car when i wrote my bug wrx off a couple of years back,I just looked at the car then the driver then the car then the driver, blinked a couple of times, then burst into fits of laughter rolling around on the floor

"whats wrong" said the delivery driver
"erh" said me
"............................." driver
"your taking the p**s aint ya" said me
"............................."

i just shut the door in his face

needless to say,it went straight back and was replaced with an audi a4

I know how you feel. I drive one to work every day, my scoobs just for the weekends.

a full three cylinders, windey windows, no power steering and what feels like about 9bhp.

mind you makes me appreciate the 330bhp i have in the scoob more.

when my scoob was being repaired, i had a merc C class kompressor

interesting car, to go from turbo to supercharger

And before anyone statr popping about not having a turbo, thats right the scoob didnt, but the saab did

supercharger was just relentless acceleration. turbo was slingshot accelleration

prefer turbo

IMO the C3 is a great little car, for the money. Ideal for the school run and safe too (****), far better than a bloody Chelsea tractor..!
