Chris do a search under "General" for photos, etc and see what you find or view the FAQ.
or else its something like 1)put the image on a web server some where and 2)link to it by typing->
becareful to type in the same case (CAPITALS/lower) as that of the image stored on the server. Also you may need to replace .jpg with .gif ,etc.
