Info On Removing Rear Door Handles

Just wanted to know if anyone has done this, that is, removed the rear door handles and locks, and smoothed the bodywork over to give the appearance of a 2 door.
Can most bodyshops do this, has anyone any pics, and how much would it cost, roughly ??
