Are you thinking of partnering up with some Tuner Outfit at some stage?.
I may come over to see you after we get Christmas out of the way.
Not too far from my neck of the woods

Just had a quick look at the site and looks very good!
Quick bit of feedback for you though:
The "Contact details" are constantly shown on the left hand side. Don't see that's needed when one of the tabs is a "Contact us". More so because the address is obviously a resedential one, and the phone number just a mobile. To many people this would be a major put off. At the very least you need a fixed line number (even if it is just set to divert to your mobile). Perhaps also a post box with a more professional looking address?
Whilst you say you are a family business I don't think the above looks good from a buyers point of view. It doesn't matter about the size of your business once it comes to actually getting the car for the customer, but to get that customer to you in the first place I think you need impart a slightly larger scale of operation.
As a very minor point I'd also put a little bit in the Subaru section by "JDM" that actually says "Japanese Domestic Market". I know most enthusiasts will not need it explained, but people just looking into an import Scooby may not, and the little things like a simple explanation can help endear them to PCM.
Good luck with it mate
Developing a small business like this is all linked in with what I do, if you want another opinion on anything then feel free to PM me

It wouldn't do any harm to do a spelling / grammar check on a commercial website For example:
"Our range of impreza models features both parallel/european imports ...
The new MY06/07 impreza has major cosmetic and aerodynamic changes which hasve improved the performance of the car. ...
Whether it be for business, pleasure or domestic use we have the impreza for you!
PCM specializes in JDM imports mainly that of the impreza sti/spec c. With many years of experience we are able to supply the exclusive Iimpreza models which are only available in Jjapan.
JDM imprezas have so much more to offer then there than their European counterparts.
As standard
...
Hid HID headlights
...
Revised center centre diff control unit with additional sensors
Tyre width up from uk's 225/45/17 to 235/45/17
etc., etc.
Good luck.

Well, what can I say!! It's looking good fella, not bad for one just starting out.
I've already taken the plunge & bought a car from PCM & everything that has happened to date has been 2nd to none. The car is on it's way over here from Japan & should be with me during Dec 2006. I'll fess up on the details once PCM & I have crossed the t's & dotted the i's
