The government, concerned with all the speeding and reckless driving going on Wales at the moment have just driven 500 safety camera vans to the various stages of the WRC rally. They have been painted green and brown to merge in with the trees and bushes along the stages. The government hopes to raise several million pounds in fines from the new safety measures. The vans are going to be in place until Sunday,
Anyone caught speeding more than 4 times will face a 6 month ban under the totting up system.
