It is a 2.5 conversion and i think it was set to 1.2 bar boost...it has a manual
boost controller under the bonnet...i dnt know if the best thing to do is turn
it down a little could if it mess it up because it was mapped to that boost .
plus i have no clue whitch way to turn it or how much? and dont wana boost it up and cause damage??

my old classic wrx used to hate the cold to start with. was lumpy and the clutch slip was all over. untill warmed up properly, hated driving it, changing gears was crusty and engine breaking was all over. but when she was warm and that cold air was being sucked in, good god. id get home from work first thats for sure...

OOOOOO hand bags at dawn.
Right in that case I'll give you a slightly more useful reply...............
The judder is due largely to the cold air cold engine mix along with the level of condensation that the cold air produces as it enters the warming engine. This effect should disapate as the engine warms up.
As an aside you should be letting your car warm up prior to moving it for a number of reasons. One of the major reasons being that, judging by the 2.5 conversion, your running fairly large power and your gearbox will be know where near warm to start off with, exercise caution on that front my Lots Of trouble Usually Serious chucked a wobbly due to this.
If your still getting excessive judder when the car warmed up I would suggest you get a pro to look at it as your coil pack could be on the way out or your MAF my be getting confused by the moisture or your Lambda mabe have condensation for on it if you have a stainless exhaust or your map my not be suitable for the lower temperatures.
Is that anymore use............the bottle of cheap chardonnay from a pizza express lunch now seems to have worked its way out mi system.
All technical wizards feel free to expand or slate as applicable!!!
