Default How to mod my STI?

Ive got a totally standard sti7 RA and im thinking of modding it, what would be the best mods to do so it would stay reliable? and what power can i expect?

Exhaust, filter and remap, looking at about 350-360bhp

350 brake just with a pipe filter and remap

With the addition of a set of tubular headers to the afore mentioned I am running 360bhp

Excellent does the Remap up the boost then? what boost does a standard sti run?

A re-maap may up the boost aswell as altering the fuelling and ignition timing. Would also be worth changing your plugs to a colder running plug NGK 7's are the ones talked about on here. Recently fitted a set to mine and the cold starting seems to be better. That should not be a issue for you if staying with a Ecuteck re-map I was a bit greedy and went for GEMS.

Cool, im also gonna be doing some trackdays so what are the best mods to do to the handling of the car?

ast's from powerstation are really good.... 911 does hillclimbing and regards them very highly. give them a call im sure they'll be able to give you a setup for whatever you require

Front and rear anti roll bar
drop links
new springs
anti lift kit
bump stear
full geom set up
6 pot break up grade if you can afford it
