I started with a basic 01 bug WRX, which had a WR backbox and was std otherwise.
I fitted an H & S decat centrepipe and Andy then remapped it - the result was 273 bhp, which feels very useable on the road and is a huge improvement.
Andy will email you directions if you ask him. Tell him I said hi (Green bug which he mapped in July with Scottish owner)

I've got a MY00 classic with the following mods, the car still drives really well. Haven't had a chance to give it some country road action yet. Waiting till its been re-mapped so that I know everything is safe.
VF24 roller bearing turbo
Full decat magnex exhaust system
Ported, polished & wrapped headers and up-pipe
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Modified oil pump
K&N panel filter
Andy reckons a should get 300-330 BHP with my mods. Just have to wait and see.
Have already had directions from Andy. Seems pretty easy to find. Just a long drive for me.
Cheers,
Phil.

Only took me a few hours to get up there from Yorkshire.
Some nice roads.........there's one which has a straight of over one mile. Bloody buses overtaking trucks and all sorts (you'll know the one when you come across it). Certianly enjoyed the trip up and back down although it took me a while to find Andy's premises.

On the power run after the map I got 265bhp and 295ftlbs
on my classic my99 with full decat inc downpipe, panel filter and walbro so a happy chappy
Figures aside though car drives sooo much better and the torque with the td04 gives loads of low down grunt
Worth every penny

Phil,
Reckon that Andy is covering himself and you'll get close to 330bhp (sounds awesome on a lightweight classic ! ).
Have fun and good luck mate !
