Wheel help please

Hiya guys thinking of putting new wheels on my 52 plate bugeye can anyone tell me the offset and what size tyres to run??

The ones I have see state

Offset = 51
Tyres = 225/40/18
Pdc 100

Would these fit with no hassle??
