Welcome to the nuthouse, but do you have to use texting language when you are just plain typing ?
Please write clearly and use correct words(not substitutes) it makes it so much easier to read.

For that sort of money you are looking at a MY99/00 UK turbo, or a slightly earlier WRX JDM import.
Have a look here for all sort of information on models.
Subaru Impreza FAQ
Aside from that, good common sense will stand you in good stead.
(i)Don't touch anything that hasn't got FSH
(ii)Less miles is more important than age.
(iii)Check for parts being replaced suspiciously early. If a clutch has been replaced after 40,000 miles - why has it been replaced?
(iv)Steer clear of models that have been dicked around with too much. Get as close to standard as you can. If it has a dump valve, or induction kit and the like, I wouldn't touch it. (I would stretch to a nice back box/exhaust though)
(v)Check for piston slap - Although not a problem on many cars if they do have it - it is obviously better if you have one that doesn't.
As a rule of thumb if it sounds like a bag of spanners on cold start, then if the noise doesn't go away after 5-10 minutes, walk away.
(vi)Be prepared to look at lots of cars - Don't buy the first one you see - Drive as many as you can to get a feel for what's "right".
