as thread. 30k Service is coming up in December so thought to spread the cost I'd start buying some parts now so i'll only have labour plus a bit to splash out for.
The air filter I'm going to change for either a Green or K & N panel filter so that ones sorted but I'm not sure what Sparkplugs to go for .
The car is an '03 WRX with PPP fitted so based on the spec, did'nt know if I should go for a better type of plug ?.
So far have seen a few people quote NGK PFR6B and PFR7B but which ones are best suited to my present spec or indeed do I opt for different type altogether i.e champion, denso, etc?.

Help would be much appreciated .

Come on out there, there's usually plenty of people with an opinion or three for this type of question !.

I use extreme scoobs for my servicing, give them a call and ask them what they use.
They fitted a green filter on my car, cant remember the plugs.
