I've been on scoobynet for afew hours now in the past few days..
I've not come across anything about the type of petrol that we should use for each type of Subaru JAP or UK spec.
MY Q is what is the best petrol that i should use for my Impreza 2000 Turbo UK spec on a 98 Plate ?
Alot of ppl have said der's loads of links on this but ive not seen any..
Cheers peeps

I had a MY98 UK Turbo for 8 years from new, never ran it on anything other than normal unleaded. Never missed a beat, and didn't need anything other than regular servicing.

people say no, and there is no hard evidence.
And i dont want to get into an argument AGAIN with some pople on this forum but when i switched from Tesco petrol to V-Power, i definatly noticed a difference in how the car reacted. Felt a lot smoother on acceleration, and less hesitation lower down in the rev range.
Running a standard car on normal petrol is usually ok but when you start modifying it, its always best to use better fuel.
