Default internals, what to change?

I have an STI 02 and it start getting quite high in the mileage, on top of that I run over 400bhp, I wanted to open the engine and make it stronger before it breaks, what should I change?Do I have to change the pistons even if our sti ones are forged already? Thanks for the help....
