Default Spring rates

Guys,

I have coilovers (top adjustable) set on "full soft" front and rear, with 500lb springs and the ride is "hard" a bit too hard for road use really, what should I change ?
the springs or the shocks ?
What are the standard springs rated at ?
What are most people running on the road, im doing 500 miles a week at the moment and it's becoming a bit tiresome !!
Thanks in advance
james

Not sure they were already on the car, think the chap mentioned tein or something similar. They are height adjustable and top adjustable
for damping look like they were silver with red collars.

I think you will find most coilover setups do give a very harsh ride, i've got AVO's on my car and TBH i cannot stand them, they are also on the softest set and they are still way too hard, it maybe worth seeing if you can get springs with a softer lbs rate, or to go off the coilover route with maybe Eibach springs and uprated shocks.
Ive heard good reports on Powerstation products, they do whiteline coilovers but i think they are very expensive.

How can you tell if they are whiteline ?
The car has the "H" brace and "whiteline" ARB's front and rear !
Thanks for your help!

Sorry, i meant that their coilover kits are AST-3 way adjustable race suspension, but they do whiteline products which are very good.
