Should have never parted with any money, and stayed until the boss was there, or demanded someone superior had a look.If you have driven it away from the property what's to say the guy can say to his boss 'it was not that bad when he left boss' Feel gutted for you mate.Fecking cowboys.

That is a right ****ta, some people are just bloody useless.
As for your rear seat, all is not lost. I remember seeing, on some car show on Men and Motors, a guy who repairs upholstry, can't remember the name of the company but you may well be able to google it and find some one who can do it. Looked spankin new afterwards.
How bad is the paint? Could you T-Cut it out if it comes to it?
Chris

Wouldn't touch it until you've been back and seen only the gaffer..!
Of the scratches left are they deep enough to feel with your nail..? If not then a good detailer with a machine polisher (PC) should be able to correct them. Even if they are deeper, they'd still be able to make them virtually invisible. At the very least I'd want the cost of a good detailer >£100 and the cost of a new rear seat back..!
As mentioned, give the boss what for, if he's not playing ball then take him to the small claims court for the above costs, or as 'andythejock' said see if a solicitor will do NWNF..!
In the mean time, drop Polished Bliss a PM to seek his advise regarding correction, you'll find him in the car care section:
