Meant to ask this at brands and forgot, meant to ask it at the clang n ball and forgot, so I'm asking it now.

Can any MY94 onwners out there turn on thier front foggies without having the headlights turned on?

Just wondering as I can do this on mine and I'm wondering if they are foglights or some kind of driving light conersion. They've got greeny colored light coming from them, so I'm guessing they're not setup as real foggies.

My past cars with front fogs have required that the headlights have to be on before they can be used.

any ideas on this one?

 

The front fogs on mine come on when its on sidelights, dipped and main beam.

NEVER when the lights are totally off.

I can switch mine on without any other light being on. I've got a 94WRX ,so I guess it might be an import thing?

yeah, guess it could be an import thing.
Tis cool though. Look rather good just blating down country lanes with just the fogs n side lights on! Even better as the fogs have a green tint to them and the sidelights have blue bulbs! have freaked a few people out!

 

Yeah my UK94 can do sidelight n fogs.

 

MY00 sidelights with fogs,too.
