I think there 380cc standard which as far as I remember are maxed out at around 305bhp.

Id say you need the 550cc ones for 400bhp. But im sure someone else will confirm for you.

Get a remappable ecu first (which i guess you'll be doing anyway)because the standard ecu can't tell the difference between injector sizes.
Get the ecu, injectors and fmic(presumebly you're getting one) fitted at the same time.
Try www.flat4online.co.uk my mate got some 550cc for £300.

From the history i have it was remapped by a scooby dealer, then last year fitted with a chip (super chips), its also had equal length pipes , hks waistgate , sports cat , hks exhaust and fillter, and has some performance pullys (i carnt find info on but the are not standard) and its running 26/27 psi of boost , wilth a upgraded intercooler and nos intercooler spray, there has been some upgades on the internals to that im currently trying to verifi through bills and recepts ect ( piston / crank/ lighter fly wheel / and clutch) its also got a 6 pot AP break conversion and 330mm grooved discs . so i have a fair bit of work to do to trace everything, all the bills are there im just making sure the items are still on the car

Definately find out what ecu you are running (its in the passenger footwell underneath the kick plate and should have a letter followed by a number (z4 for example)).
If you want 400bhp best to change the ecu to a remappable one (Apexi power fc is extremely popular £750 including map).
I would expect some engine work has been done because if its running 1.8bar.
