Default Big Thanks to API

I collected my Type R last Friday with it's freshly rebuilt engine.Whilst there my car occupied Nathan (chief mechanic) for a good half a day swapping over exhaust & air filter & sorting out a petrol leak & cleaning the boost valve.
All this at no extra charge on top of the rebuild cost!
The engine bay is now mint & I noticed the air filter trumpet bolt which I snapped & then bodged has been drilled/tapped & fitted with a new bolt without me asking.
David answered the billion questions I fired at him & actually showed me the difference between Open Deck,Semi Closed Deck, & Closed Deck Blocks.
Top Customer service & friendly no nonsense advice.
(Now David about that discount on the RA ?? )

Thanks JW Greatly appreciated, I wouldn't have minded either if you'd said we did all that under warranty.

Our warranty and normal service are a source of pride and we hope to give just as good service whether we are paying or you are !!

Discount on the RA however may be step too far under the circumstances I have 20 plus mouths to feed here.

We'll continue to look after you with the RA if we can - you'll not pay a penny more than you wish.

Kind regards and thanks for the post David APi
