Ive just had some redstuff front pads fitted-

Someone please tell me that the squeal is just while they bed in??

It's quite loud

Much better stopping power though (had braided hoses done as well)

Xtremescoobies fitted them no idea if shims on there- can you see them from the side?

If it goes with time thats ok- Ive already done 600 miles no hard braking

Mine have never made a noise since day one

Some do some dont, it is kind of strange.

Not sure if you will be able to see the black shims whilst the pads are in the caliper. Possibly.

Noise should certainly decrease with more miles.

I think my neighbours have just got used to the full decat and now this- oops

My pads (Redstuff) also made a noise for about 750miles or so and as Buck suggests the noise will stop or at least mine did.
