Picked up my first Scooby a week ago today. I still can't believe how fast it is!

I'm curious to know how much power she's pushing out. Does anyone know. It's a 1995 Classic WRX fresh Japanese Import.

If there's ever a phrase I hate about Imprezas it's the term fresh import.

 

Sorry 'bout that Scoobynutta. As you can probably tell I've spent the last month and a half trawling through classifieds looking for the right motor. The 'fresh import' tag is used quite a lot.

The SIDC faq section reckons on 276 bhp Certainly feels like it.

While I'm on, does anyone know if the Impreza has an air-con filter 'cos it smells faintly like a wet dog when I turn it on. I tried looking in the owner's manual but wouldn't ya know it......it was all in Japanese.
