yeah iots quite urgent

ive made her drink a glass of water and she is sitting

She went to hospital and they just told her youve got high blood pressure -- theres not much they can actually do for that (shes been on loads of pills)

Looks like you lie down if u have Low blood pressure

i made her sit for a while - seems 2 b getting better

lying down is best for most things. If you pass out/colapse you cant fall if you are already on the floor!
