EBay W**KER - backed out on sale of my scoob
The guy who 'Allegedly' bought my wagon on ebay has not responded to any of my emails, phone calls or voicemails, then I get this emal from him below when was meant to be picking the car up tonight
"...Straight to the point, I have changed my mind. I know you will be upset and I feel bad for that. Please except my apologies!!!!!!! ..."
HOW ANGRY AM I !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know where he lives, anybody in the Whitchurch area of Shropshire want to firebomb him for me
Abusive phone calls please to: 0797******** - Jake
Agree with Spirit I'm afraid - sorry.

Take him to court.
I am going through an ebay fiasco at the moment.ebay is ****e.
I put my wifes car on. Nobody met the reserve.
I did the 2nd chance thing - thinking it was an extension of the auction.
Didn't realise it sent a buy it now to everyone who had bid for whatever they bid.
Someone took it up and accepted. I rang them the next morning and explained it was a mistake and couldn't sell it for the price offered. over 2 and a half grand less than the autotrader average.
Anyway he's taking us to court for loss of earnings as he says he sold it on.
A ****ing joke. Would anyone buy a car they haven't seen from someone that also has never seen it?
and ebay made me pay the FVF to boot even though we didn't sell the car.
There ae some complete ****s about - thats for sure

SOLD AGAIN !!!!!!
Took it to the Dealers in Southampton (Sparshatts) ... They offered me 11k and I get to keep the exhaust, stereo, snooper and the tax, which is a result and better price than I was getting selling privately, without all the hassles, tyrekickers and timewasters.
I take it all back about Dealers
Can't praise Sparshatts enough for their help and assistance
