ok, so lets start off with the facts

My girlfriend got a parking ticket when she ran into a pub to throw up. The lovely man that gave her the ticket said he can't take it back, but he has made a note of the reason she was there. He also said she may get off with it because of this reason.

The doctor is happy to mention she is on medication for the sickness..

Completely different note, but the car details on the ticket are wrong ???

Any way outa this ?

 

Well . .I would have thought if the details are wrong - then its not really yr ticket . . .So there's yr answer!

 

If the car's details are wrong then it wont be pursued (or at least it shouldnt be). Both the registered number and the colour have to be correct. If the car was broken down then itd be simple to overturn (if the details were correct); but an 'emergency' such as this would have to be appealed.

If he hasnt taken a photo id say you might get away with it.
