Default Brakes - service

car is in for a service MY01 bug.... the front discks and pads have had it and they want £319 extra to fit up new ones, think that they are just standard ones. can i get them cheaper elsewhere, if so where and do them myself. or is there not really allot in it.

Its a simple job - I mulled over whether to buy some other make .... but, my Subaru original ones lasted 67,000miles, therefore I bought Subaru again.

If they get me to 130,000 miles then I cannot complain really.

So, I would say, buy Subaru and be confident in what you have got!!

yep rang and told them that i'll do them myself. it'll give me a chance to look around for some others to fit. i have no problem fitting them, more of a problem finding time....

Anyone know where i can purchase more hours in the day with out the use of drugs....
