Default please help with my 1994 087/200 sti wrx

hello all i have just purchased a silver 1994 subaru wrx sti, it has electric windows so im guessing its not an ra but it has a intercooler water sprayer switch etc all hooked up standard, it has a stamp on the drivers side of the engine bay that says handcrafted and tuned by sti subaru wrx sti 087/200
the engine code is gc8b48d otion code 61. the engine type is ej20gdw2pe, gearbox type is ty752vb3ca. could someone please tell me the full specs of my vehicle or a link where i can find them, is my pistons forged? why has my engine got 087/200 on it

Your engine has 087/200 because 200 were built and yours is the 87th one

Three hundred were built in each body style. The first production run was of 100; followed by a second of 200. The pistons on an original STI engie will be forged. GC8B48D isnt the engine code, its the cars Applied Model Number. Its actually the AMN for a normal WRX saloon, but thats because the first STIs were retro-converted by STI from production WRXs.
