Quick question. Bought myself an alloy STI gear surround for a 05 WRX but it doesn't fit properly, I know that you have to cut the exsisting surround for it to fit, but the alloy surround appears to be to short. Looking back at the description of the alloy surround, it states that it will fit 01-04 models only, did the design of the gear surround area change between a 04 and a 05 model and if so does any one know where i'll get an alloy surround to fit.

Just looked at the Subaru approved car webpage and the interior did indeed change between a MY04 and a MY05, why do this if they knew that a year later they would be taking out a totally revised model

Anyone want to buy an alloy gear surround to fit MY01 -MY04
