MY95 STi Gearbox to MY94 STi???
Hi Guys,
Im about to replace my gearbox on my 94STi saloon, ive bought a 2nd hand one which came of a 95STi saloon.
The code on my gearbox is 91-TY752VB3CA and the box ive just bought is 91-TY752VB3FA. Will this box fit with no probs,i dont have anymore info on this apart from its an STi and its done 35k miles.
Cheers for any info

A '95 STI should be an STI Type-RA (white with a roof vent) with DCCD..... However, my reference lists the 'F' transmission as "95 STI" as youve described it and it runs similar ratios and final drive as the 'C' out of your 1994 car (he STI Type-RA tramsmission is an 'E'). Perhaps theyre refering to the second altered-production run of 200 vehicles, which was built later in 1994?
