Meet up in Enfield = THANKS
I'd like to thank all who attended Enfields first Subaru meet at TGI's on the A10.
In all I think we had 6 cars:
Black Blob eye STI
WRX 300 in blue
Bug eye STI in blue
Blue V3 Type R
White V4 Type R
Green Wagon
As a first meet I sincerely hope its not the last.
We're planning another meet next month so keep an eye out.

Yes . .
I have to say I had a very nice time, and it was nice to meet you people!
. .And as ever, I'm quite proud to say had the most detailed car there with the most worn out tyres!
And for sure . .Lets do it again some time! Every last Sunday of the month . .
P.S . .The milkshakes from TGI's were alright!
. . As was the tasty bird making them!
. . Esh . .I know you will agree with me on that one!

Hope you well. Keep this Thurs eve open for beers and leave your heavily detailed beast at home.
Top honours goes out to the lady behind the bar at TGI's for not only talking us out of our rather dull choice in milkshakes (vanilla and chococalte) and introducing us to Oreo (?) buscuit milkshales but also keeping us entertained with her bar tricks. Suffice to say I'd like to teach her some of my tricks.
Anyway, good day to you all!!

Hi Sam,
The aim is to possibly have a meet once a month and see take it from there.
I'm unsure how you missed the notice as I posted in general, essex / southern sections and was it you.
Definitely next time mate.

We may meet at White Webs next time too just to mix it up.
I'm away on the weekending 25th Aug so we would possibly meet on either
Sunday 18th Aug
or
Sunday 1st Sept

Agreed with the dates and locations but if this is to become a regular thing I believe its better to sow the seeds now rather than last minute.com style.

On the other note, if were to do it every four weeks, i.e end of the month, then my vote would be Sunday 27th /Sept 3rd. . .18th, would be a little too soon . . .End of the month is more of a landmark date IMHO . . .

You would have won except for that big scratch on your rear bumper. My son could have done better with a crayola .

If we go the route we talked last night then you will have a shinier car than the UK300 but then it will have to go some to beat mine !!!!
Have been thinking about your FMIC and you will need other bits as well, call me and we shall discuss further.
AlFresco is nice but parking is a pain in the a#*e so we shall keep thinking (and posting) suggestions, whatever way I shall at the next meet and showing you all "THE WAY TO GO" !!!!!!!!!!!!
Come to think of it the bird with the shakes sounds good, TGI's it is then.

Another north London boy in da house!
I didn't know there was a N.London scooby meet. I know I've seen the blue Type-R at the Sunday night Matalan meets before, plus plenty of other scoobys. Nice to see a scooby scene emerging in North London though.
You might have seen me in the silver STI Type-R.
I'll look out for the next meet...
