Welsh tourist tax
I've got a NIP for 36mph in a 30. Why do they want me looking at my speedo instead whats going on around me in a strange town ?
At the end of the day its only a brisk walk over the limit. Wouldent be so bad if I haden't been passed by loads of bikes going well over the ton in the hills.
