boost problem

Hi people i own a 94 wrx and have a power fc fitted and mapped but it seems to be stuggling to hold boost on full throttle, rises to 1bar then drops to 0.8 then rises again. please help!

Sounds like a probable Boost control valveor even a mass air flow sensor.
