Default Stupid intercooler !!!!!

taking it off was hard, putting it back on was a nightmare, i broke the pipe opening that goes onto the turbo

are they cheap enuff from main stealers ?, the pipe underneath the intercooler im on about.

how do u put em on, i couldnt get the pipe onto the turbo AND the inlet chamber together, hence i broke it !!!!

skilled job or wot !!!!!!!

Patience young one, the art of intercooler re-fitting is a task for the cool headed spanner monkey.
Try smearing a bit of vaseline or engine oil on the hose ends and intercooler flange next time

As for cost, dunno - I've never broke it

hmm, im not looking forward to the refit when i get the new pipe !!

the samco pipe, does that replace the pipe that is bolted on underneath the intercooler to the turbo or from intercooler to inlet manifold ?

where do i get these and how much if it does replace the underneath pipe ?

i currently have what looks like a large Rad pipe connecting the intercooler to inlet manifold and that isnt too flexi either !!!

cheers all......
