Glass Removal Help !!!!
i have a 97 UK Turbo and i'm wanting to take out the door mirror glass ......
Is it just a case of pulling it off the middle ball joint till it pops out ? Just ive tried that and it doesnt seem to want to come out ... ideally i dont want to brake it ... lol
Is there an easy way ?

Do not try and 'pop' it off the socket, as it will break.
The glass has to come off first, and then there are about 2/3 screws holding the backing plate on...
Whenever we colour code mirrors, and strip the mirrors down, I break the glass...everytime...!!!
If your mirror is the squarer type, then the new glass is about £8.00.
If it's the later rounder glass, then it's about £20.00.
