I ordered some product from Phantomplate (USA) for about £16 only to be told that they do not deliver this product at this price . When I looked at what they would want to charge ( £37) I decided that a refund was required.
I have sent numerous emails to this company and drawn a blank , so if anybody comes across this company my advice would be "don't touch them with a barge pole"
