Default Cleaning engine bay?

What is the best way of cleaning the engine bay and engine as it looks a bit dirty with all the dust .
Any ideas?

Engine cleaner and a unused paintbrush might be a good place to start

Autoglym's engine and machine degreaser is very good.

Close the bonnet, and let the greasy oily bits protect themselves

its a drivers car, they're not beautiful things anyway a bit of grime causes no problems
