Or, if you have a CockLink, it's the switch that turns it on .... the P stands for *****!!!

I thought that the CockLink used this switch for its power??? And using the switch marked P for ***** was a little joke thought up by the manufacturers??

There is a lot more anger on this forum, than my last club (mr2oc) almost every post I have read so far has had a insulting comment posted on it, lots of immaturity on here, although i do see a lot of helpful people as well.

(And there was me trying to convince my old club that I have not purchase a chav car)

Just ignore any of PSLewis posts as he has a bee in his bonnet as he bought a knocklink and someone changed the kn to a 'c' as he is the only one with one

On mine its a "p"ower button, makes the hp shoot up to 400... once I get my windows tinted and a bigger exhaust I'll have 600 easily !!

Might get a Knocklink, if its true they give an extra 349bhp ??

Serious reply...

Just describing it as a "parking light button" tells you what it's for but not what it does.

What it actually does is select whether the lights go off with the ignition or not.

If the switch is up/on, so the little red square shows, leave your lights on, turn off the ignition and take the keys out, and the sidelights will stay on. If the switch is down/off (nothing showing), when you turn off the ignition, the lights go off too.

I leave it off, and usually end up driving with lights on during the day, because I don't need to switch them off when parking up for the night.
