'Lightweight'? The only lighter cars were WRX Type-RAs which were only available in red and white. My best guess is that its a WRX which has had its inlet manifold painted red.

It doesnt appear to be an STI either. It should have fog lamps; it shouldnt have a red manifold; the strutbrace is missing; the intercooler is wrong and the unique alloy rear spoiler is missing too.

I have a white RA and know the following to be accurate
Standard RA colours:
V1 - WRX - Feather White, Vivienne Red.
V1 - Sti - Feather White
V2 - WRX - Feather White, Vivienne Red.
V2 - Sti - Feather White
V3 - WRX & Sti - Feather White
V4 - WRX & Sti - Feather White
V5 - WRX & Sti - Feather White
V6 - WRX - Feather White.
V6 - Sti - Feather White, Cashmere Yellow
V-Limiteds & Limiteds etc:
V2 - Sti Type RA V-Limited 555 - Sports Blue
V4 - Sti Type RA V-Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V5 - Sti Type RA Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V5 - Type RA Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V6 - STi Type RA Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V6 - Type RA Limited- Sonic Blue Mica
It shows it has had its inlet manifold painted red.
The earlier shots shows it unpainted.

In your rush to be correct me; youve over looked the year of the car. It's either a B or a C-Series model. B-Series Type-RAs were available in Feather White and Vivien Red. C-Series Type-RAa were available in Feather White and Active Red. Non of the other models listed were available with an 'M' registration.

I'd say remove the decals, you'd attract a larger audience so will probably get a better price in the end. All you need to do really is find a pressure washer, being carefull not to lift your piant off as well though
.Good luck with the sale m8, don't think we are all arseholes.
PS I'd say advertise it for £3000 - £3500 (without decals)
