Phew that's a near miss & a half but glad 2 no u escaped such an incident, u might wana tell this chap http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/thread.asp?ThreadID=52378 the telephone no. of the cabbie mind as he has managed 2 go up sum1 elses exhaust pipe & doesn't seem too happy that he's likely to get the blame? He may have a slight point but i agree with yer sentiment as in my previously low powered 205 i wood never get anywhere near a half decent sports car & still wont even if the infamously soft brakes on my scoob r much improved on my previous motor

Coming back from having the scoob serviced the other day I was in very slow moving traffic with a big 18 wheeler following me, briefly the traffic picked up some speed and i started to accelerate, with the lorry doing likewise, then brake lights a bit sudden, so i slammed on the anchors and looked in the mirror to see a huge yellow cab ploughing towards me with a worried looking bloke in the driving seat, he ended up mounting the grass verge to miss me and must have cleared by back bumper by no more than 2cm's what an ar£e - when will people learn not to tail gate cars with superior brakes!
