have a type r sti shes 97 and just wondering what is safe but fast to run her at??some people said 1.3bar is this to much??

I wouldn't even think about winding up the boost on an import JDM classic without appropriate fueling and ignition mods i.e. a remap. Most likely, you'll be needing a rebuild if you don't do it properly. I'd have a word with David at APi and ask his advice.

she has a lot of work done to her when she came in from japan and she was at 1.3bar boost...just wonderin is this nomal enough

Yes. Most mappers using Ecutek etc. map for 1.2-1.3bar to be safe.
