So! How much then...
This has been a blast from the past, used to be a regular 3 or so years ago. I've been out in the desert for 3 years but am now looking to move from family with a capital F back to the darkside :-)
The problem is, I've lost touch with the going rate! I'm looking for a good, well loved STi, UK car with a PPP and 18" alloys a couple of yrs old. Just sold the people carrier I sacrificed my STi7 for what it seems like an eon ago.
How much do you recon guys?

Come on lads, someone must be in the know...
Looking at a 2003 (03) with 21k for £14995 but it has had 4 owners!! The last from Dec'05. Should I be worried :-|
NB: It looks from piccies in good nick, has the PPP and 18" PD alloys

To be honest best bet to search Autotrader for a few weeks to get an idea of prices.
When i was looking for a WRX in the spring a 3 year old STi8 with PPP but otherwise standard were in the £14995-15995 region, i was very tempted but no use to me with a dog.

Previous owners aren't always as bad as you think. I'm the 3rd owner of my 04 WRX, but having done a bit of research I know the previous 2 were husband and wife (God knows why they changed it over mind!), so technically it's now in the 2nd household.
With regards to the STI, it's a sports car that someone has made faster. If they want it faster they will probably have driven it faster if you get my drift. Why not get a newer (and possibly cheaper, fewer miles, less owners) non-PPP and add it later if you still want it?

good advice chaps. When I questioned why it had had so many owners he couldn't give an explanation. May be perferctly genuine but the fact I would have to travel 40 miles also just to check out the car has put me off a little.
If it was me, I would have known in detail it's history from new. Just found it odd he didn't.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
